I just started falling asleep and the lights came on. grr! Breakfast time yay.  so we ate breakfast then we landed. "OMG we are in germany!" that is all summer and i could say. we were so nervous. we got off and we went our separate ways. she had 9 hours before her next flight. i went and stood in line at the "passport check". i was like last in line. i was asked where i was going, why, how long i was going to be there. then i went to the baggage claim area. everyone else was gone so it was just me and a few others looking for our bags. i grabbed mine and went on. the next stage was bag checks. i didnt have any food so i got to just walk through the doors and there was Andreas and Laura (my host dad and host sister). then we walked to their car loaded the luggage and off we went. on the the autobahn. we went like 240 km/h lol i was like omg. Then when we finally got to the house, we go in and they give me a tour. when they told me i had 2 rooms i was so excited. one is a bed room and one is a living room / office.  a few minutes later we started to eat breakfast. breakfast is bread (large rolls) that you cut in half and put butter and meat and cheese or nutella on or what ever you want. now coming from cereal and poptarts, this is very different.  and then to drink... carbonated water... not the easiest thing to swallow - literally. then i went upstairs and unpacked. after i unpacked we went to the store and got a few things then we went on a walk with the dog and i got to see part of the town. then when we got home i took a nap. later that night we all went out to dinner at a restaurant nearby. i had noodles and beef in a cheesy sauce. it was good but there was so much! then we went home and i went to bed.
